PA Title Question

I'm about to start on a new 69 Camaro project and I had a few questions for anyone that had PA Title experience. I know that the PA DMV only goes back 10 years http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hmmm.gif so I assume out out of luck there. The car was last titled in PA back on September 27, 1983 and on the title it states original title date of June 12, 1969. I was wondering if anyone had experience with PA Titles in this time frame and could advise if that indicated that there was only one owner prior to the title issued in 1983 or if the 1969 date didn't have any indication on the amount of owners to the last title date of 1983. Any comments would be great -

I did a PA title search and was able to get PO information back to 1974 when the car was first registered in PA.

I called the PA DMV and asked about what owner history info they had on car and was told they had info back to 1974. She told me what form to fill out and send in with the fee and they would send me the info.
