This GTO looks like Montreux Blue, or possibly Tyrol Blue with a Black Cordova top.
Parchment interior with optional headrest buckets.
Deluxe wheel disc with Redline tires.

Glad the original owner of my '65 had the dealer upgrade the hubcaps from "deluxe" to "custom", as I like them better than even the Rally wheels.
