I'd like to get an idea what these are worth, and the applications. This first one I know will fit a Muncie as I checked the bolt up pattern against one. It is the early version with the flat reverse handle. I have the 3 large spacers that go between the shifter and trans mounting area. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...0-dscf6919.jpg Not sure what this one will bolt up to, but I know it is the later version with the round reverse handle https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...1-dscf6924.jpg This Mr Gasket piece I think may have been on a Ford Toploader that I had in a 65 Mustang back in the 70's. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...2-dscf6929.jpg </div></div> I found a Ford Toploader mounting bracket for the Hurst Ramrod, and it is identical to the mount plate in the middle picture. |

Re: day two shifters
Was there an earlier version of this Ram Rod shifter without shift stops? Thank you, Tom.

Re: day two shifters
Oh man.....what an awful way to ruin the originality of the one like I have with that reverse lock-out! Still a great item.

Re: day two shifters
I was watching this eBay auction for a Ram Rod Decal. Unfortunately they ended it early....we all know why!
Does anyone have one of these or know how I can get one made? Thanks, Kurt Ram Rod Decal http://s5.postimg.org/chf6fi3pj/Hurs...l_3_X3_5_1.jpg |
Re: day two shifters
Kurt, those pop up on eBay every once in a while. I think the guy reproduces them, but I didn't look into it much.

Re: day two shifters

Re: day two shifters
I believe the one pictured above is the original one. At some point, Hurst must have changed it to the "Hurst Ram 4".
Thanks, Kurt http://s5.postimg.org/inu1j69tz/Hurs...l_3_X3_5_3.jpg |
