From the 1970 Challenger brochure. Those are 15" Magnum 500 "Chrome Road Wheels." Chrysler never offered them as an option. Theirs were 14" only.

Those are some beautiful Mopars, but those recalled road wheels were horrendous looking.

I beg to differ. IMO they look very stylish. While we are on the subject of horrendous looking wheels I believe Ford had that covered with their 1970 mustang optional "Styled Steel Wheels:
