I love the Ty's, fellas! Those V6's deserve more credit than they EVER recieved. The Ty's/Sy's and GN's are among my list of cars that I am VERY leary of when I'm at the track...with those turbos you just never know!

GaryH: I've got a sickening story about a certain 327/365 'Vette my dad *used* to own...

Yep, there is noting like a turbo V6 https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/smile.gif. I might let her go this year. To many toys right now. You can message me or post your story if you like. I might get tears in my eyes if it's a sad one though. I bought mine when I was 19. Kept it for 22 years.

First car, bought from next-door neighbor (original owner) in 1979. I put in a 350 4-bolt with solids and a Pete Jackson gear drive, 1970 M-22 with Hurst Super Shifter III and it had a 12-bolt 3:55 Posi. Photo taken by my then-girlfriend in 1983.

Gary,
Thanks, I wish the garage was bigger (I'd like a "small addition" about the size of Charley's buildings) https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/naughty.gif
The Gold one is a factory 402/4 speed .
I also have a 71 SS454 (still in the garage) which will be my next frame off...and another gold 70 402 with A/T, behind the garage ( which I'm begining to consider converting into a convertible)
I've been into the Montes for some time too...
the brown 72 was my first car, my folks owned it since 73.
The 4 speed 70 is the first car I bought and paid for. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif
I've had it for 17 years now (not a bad buy for a 17 year old kid at $1200)https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ins/3gears.gif
