So you have both keys and neither works @ the glovebox? Lube, love, tickle and keep retrying over the next bit also look up underneath and behind w/ a good light and see if any chance you can disassemble enough to open it from the inside? If the Dealer paperwork has the key code, maybe you can get a new one cut to try also ask George @ GM Canada Vintage specifically to include it w/ your package info as the code's listed on the microfish archive page he's gleaning the info from. What's left of the original Y73 Hood Stripes Al tried not to get and did he have them painted over when new also were the W31 decals he gave you some he had bought or any possibility they were shipped loose? Great stuff, keep rockin' Ryan! ~ Pete |

Valentines was the day before we bought this W-31 thank you very much!!!!!!
"Lube, love, tickle and keep retrying over the next bit also look up underneath and behind" I assume any decent comments would be moderated out so I will leave this alone:-) Stupid question......I assumed the glove box uses the round trunk key....never tried the square ignition key...... Yes I have already specifically asked George for the shipper documentation including key code data (I know this is not normal so I asked if he is able to show me only my cars data) The Stagers are sorting and finding any "Fossil Photos" from back in the day so I can get scans to further document the history of my new baby. They will show if the W31 decals were on the car or not. But I will ask Al either way. Ryan |

Wow, that sounds good, but I am really torn, I meet friends each year at NOCC, PSMCDR, and MCACN, somehow I will add this to my dance card:-)
PS: Regular guy here......my money tree hasn't blossomed just yet:-) Ryan |

The decal would have been on the fenders when the car was delivered to the dealer.
I have heard of folks taking them off to be a little more inconspicuous. |
