Agreed,I counted less than 20 no reserve cars out of 400 and most of those were very early or very late. It was like a big car show, great location and an easy fishing expedition for a lot of local cars. Cool sitting with Tenney and JDub for some runs, saw Charlie and met Lee. Had to leave before Mark's Yenko Trib ran across, spent too much time drooling over it as my Intimidator had just sold earlier and was feeling weak..

The car sold yesterday. We are very happy with the process and end to our care-taking of this very special car. I will be writing a summary in the next few days. Part of the process was insuring the car would be in a good place. It is now. Lee

It was neat to see Lee's car sell after it was on the block. This is such a neat auction that has so many great things going for it. As a seller Drew has a class operation and he will give your car all the time it deserves on the block and if he thinks there is a deal he will work it. The auction just needs more quality cars like Lee's next year and I think the buyers will be there.

Way to go Lee! It sounds like it is good hands now. I'm interested in hearing what you thought of the auction process and your weekend in general. You and your family should take a well-deserved vacation away from cars for a couple of days. Congratulations!!!

Cool, Charley - Congrats, Lee (and Bros.)! A good home for both; perhaps a cool clip or two in the offing?

Good fun, Mark (87 on the odo for JDub this week!) - thought Drew gave a proper earnest (and not as in "goes to camp") effort on your car, too.

Bittersweet Lee, But congratulations. I have to say they worked really hard for you. Over 7 1/2 minutes on the block is unheard of.. They usually shove them off in 60 seconds..
