Dog, is that 3rd from the last picture one of those experimental Gas Turbine powered cars? Looks like a Worlds Fair scene....

Gouz was the busiest place in Elmont for many years – it’s not Gouz any longer but there are still offshoot businesses carrying on at its location!

That was the Chrysler turbine at their exhibit at the NY World’s Fair –

Thanks Glenn, I saw what's left of one at the Peterson Museum in LA. I can't remember but I believe it has no turbine in it. Cool history.

There is one in the Gilmore Museum in Kalamazoo, MI. I have an AMT model of that car and have had a fascination with them ever since I first discovered them and have collected lots of literature on them.

That's the Chrysler Turbine car from 63 - 64. I remember bugging my dad to take me the the Chrysler dealer when they brought one in. Sounded like a jet!
