The govt took over GM,now they wont have to put right blinkers on cars, they only want us to turn left.

Man that's crazy!!
I was at the Chicago auto show and they were pushing the Camaro like you wouldn't believe. They had a crowd around the displays which was impressive. Guess it's another example of the politicians (Both corporate and government) not understanding what moves cars. I did notice a big big push on Hybrids. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/hmmm.gif |
Re: TERRIBLE NEWS! GM PERFORMANCE.........DEAD!
The SS Camaro was already designed etc. It is probably going to be built.

It's when it's time for performance tweaking that things won't change. Anyone who wants the greatest Corvette ever built should be picking up a ZR-1 because your not going to be getting anything better than that for the next 10 years minimum (that is if GM is even around much longer). |

Don't worry about the Corvette. I got a promo release picture of how GM will make the new Vettes ECO friendly and regulatory compliant.
They are being redesigned to follow suite after the Smart Car. |

[/ QUOTE ] GMPP will continue to sell parts just as they have during the last 40 years. Parts will just get a bit stale as we move forward because no new engineering will be done in house. Having said this, is anyone really disappointed in the LSA and LSX engines currently available? |
