it has the rear sway bar i saw that, and has the 3 holes on the inner fender also...i felt like the front bar was a large one


this weekend we are going to re evaluate his plans and figure out the direction he wants to go in...personally..i feel, getting it the right person that has the means to do the car right is better than half a$$ing it......just a personal thought...but who am i to say what someone should do with their car..has a lot of history and emotional attatchment for him..so we will see

Many of them will help document this as a 435 car. The under dash harness and ignition harness will be spliced in a way to prove it had transistor ignition. Don't throw the old ones out. If its still the original nose on the car the left front fender skirt will have three holes for the transistor ignition amplifier. The front sway bar will be thicker than a standard small clock. The speedometer gear cluster will have a two letter designation sticker on it and a date stamp proving that it was a 6500 rpm tach and the date it was produced check the tag on the transmission if its still in there it's a very hard to find transmission check to see if it has f41 suspension also small blocks in 69 did not come with f41 suspension. But not all big box had F 41. Only big blocks in 69 had rear sway bars. Look for the original rear sway bar and attaching hardware.
I've had a few customers that have removed the tanks from the cars left the tank sticker on the tank and build a box with a plexi glass top to store the tank in. </div></div>

extra big block turns out to be a 454 from a later model truck.

decision has been made to make it a hot rod, and will never be for sale anyway...no intentions of restoring it back to stock..he has a lot of history and emotional attachment to the car, and wants it to be a toy..not a museum piece..

Sounds like a great outcome to me. Not all may agree but in my opinion the car being used and enjoyed is the best outcome no matter how it is equipped.
