A/C was never available on the 68-70 BB Nova...contrary to street stories and internet chatter.

Chevy did offer A/C on with the solid lifter motors [I believe in 1972 on LT1 cars] and on an earlier 1965 327 Corvette.

That is one of the reasons I had to &quot;graft&quot; a portion of the firewall from a 79' Nova to my 71' -- ya' need A/C here in south Texas if you want to enjoy the car at all. TAZ
