I did exactly the same and said in my email "If you can't match the original tread design using the original molds with raised white letters" then don't bother making them.

Hopefully they invest in buying the original molds and not some half ass thing like they did with Pro Tracs

Actually Pro Trac did have a Street Pro bias ply. I'm thinking early 80''-82-83 era.
I am thinking Cokers Tire is correct but it was the 80's version, not 70's.

This seems to be the norm in the reproduction world.
Offer the very last design model, and advertise it as vintage. :(

I thought the Street Pro was basically a repop of the old Scat Trac tire, just with the Pro Trac name instead.

Either way, if they do the Formula 1s in L60-15, and do it right, I'll be VERY tempted to order a pair for the Camaro.

That does look like the same tire. :burnout:

Stefano, what color blue is the car?

I'd be all in on the Pro Tracs if they would add the RWL's.

I guess I could do like I did on my mini-bike in the mid 60's; a small brush and a bottle of Testors white! Those Carlisle tires looked good with white letters! :)
