I have tons of documenting pictures of the disassembly and restoration, wouldn't even know where to start.
Here are some other pictures requested. Thanks again for the positive feedback. |
Question
Great restoration on a great looking Camaro.
Did you obtain the NCRS docs for it? What selling dealer did it show? Thanks, Marty |
Hats off to you!! beautiful job!

NCRS Report
The NCRS search was completed and it returned undetermined as the vehicle has a Nov 68 build date. Being an early car, unfortunately the VIN is not in the archive. A little disappointing but after all the information researched, a letter from the second owner and the people that knew the car in New York and Massachusetts tells the same story.
I did not create the build, I just restored it as it spent its life. Thank you for the questions. |
beautiful engine and resto!

What a great car with history! I have a non X code 69 Z/28 (Nov. 68) . No NCRS for mine either. That gold car is killer! Well done and more.

Anybody familar with the Olympic Gold/GREEN Interior 69 L78 Camaro that is/was owned in Seattle area....man named Clayton..........
|
Thank you
Thank you fellow members for all the positive comments. When I originally purchased the car I was a little hesitant about the colour. I have owned and restored a lot of First Gen Camaros with your typical sought after colours and I can honestly say the Olympic Gold has grown on me and everyone who has seen the car. Thanks again!
