Ok...Everyone probably thinks the car is beyond fixing...right ? If it were a ZL1 would you still think it was beyond fixing ? :-) [/ QUOTE ] Here's one of Webster's definitions of fixing....seems somewhat appropriate to the situation at hand? ~ Pete Fixing : to influence the actions, outcome, or effect of by improper or illegal methods. |

Anyone who doesn't think that car will be back on the road in a few years is kidding themselves.

Replace a panel at a time and you've still got the original car, right!?! Very sad, what did it hit and how fast was it going?

Re: 69 Z28 on eBay... SLIGHT damge...
I mentioned this once before. I had a friend back in SE PA
many years ago that wrecked his green/green RS Z/28 in much the same manner. I don't even think that the rear spoiler on that car was salvageable. He hit a bridge stantion at near 100 mph ( and lived to tell the tale ). I remember seeing that pile of junk and wondering what happened to his beautiful car. That car went to the wreck yard and got scrapped. Today, I bet it would fetch a pretty penny on eBay as well. Steve |
