Re: 1969 camaro orig. owner
we actually had it running by filling the carbs float bowl with fuel it didnt even tick or rattle when it first started the engine sounds great! the owner used to keep the car started once every couple of months till around 5 years ago, the oil looks great also, the orig owner does alot of traveling and the car has sat for a long time but he took outstanding care of the car over the years, i am going to do a complete fluid service on the car and drop the gas tank and flush it also points, plugs, rebuild the carb etc, it even has the factory stamps on the firewall!! there is 4 stamps on the driver side. yes the original intake and carb and air cleaner is in the trunk! thanks guys for the compliments!! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif

Re: 1969 camaro orig. owner
Is it a NOR or LOS Camaro? If it is a LOS, make sure to look for that buildsheet when you drop the fuel tank. Good Luck and Congrats! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif

Re: 1969 camaro orig. owner
Since it has an X11 code, it must be a Norwood car.
Actually, this is a missing COPO, don't you know? The original owner swapped in the 307 and badges just to fool people. Seriously, nice car and a nice find. Hope you have lots of fun with it. Lynn |
