Hal Watkins was the Chevy dealer in Oxnard at that time. I've got the P-O-P from a '67 Z that came through the dealership. I believe Ventura was Jack Crawford Chevrolet back then. I have an ad for a '68 L79 Chevy II from Washburn Chevrolet which was the Santa Barbara Chevy dealer back then. I'll have to find it and email you a copy, Jeff.

Jason, I don't believe a Courtesy store ever existed in Ventura, just the Jack Crawford dealership that Jon cited above. Thousand Oaks wouldn't have been too far of a hike on the 101 though. Man, I miss living in that area!

You could be right. I was not alive back then so I can't say for sure. I grew up in that area and my Dad owned a few car dealerships there. I remember going to the back of the lots buying trade in cars with my Dad. I loved scrounging though the old cars for treasures. Wait, I still do.....
