You can bet that, especially as a 15 year old, she is a rare, rare exception. Kids in govt. schools are not taught appreciation for things they casually take for granted.

It pretty much sums up what's going on in the world today. Thank God for the Sheep dogs. Too bad more Americans don't even know what they are and how they keep our world a little safer. Too bad also that the American political/media wolf can so easily hide behind such a thinly veiled disguise.
