I think it was a phone number. I saw the holes and putty and didn't look real close. I go by there some and will look. Probably way more than its worth around here. I am still kicking myself for this story, The Local body man had bought a 56 Chevy with no engine or transmission from a self storage place. They assumed the guy died so they sold his stuff. The car had no title. It had Florida tags in the trunk, a pretty poor rough paint job but that car was virtually rust-free. The no tags and who knew what happened to the owner really bother me.

No worries, thanks Bill. I've always wanted a '57 to take to the track, but the prices are so high (especially down here) that I'd have to start with a 'roughie' and then invest the $ as time - and the Camaro- permits......
Those storage auctions are sadly all too common - miss a couple of payments and you're lucky if they even try contacting you before they sell it off. |
So I try to do a monthly YouTube series on my adventures. Been doing it for around 3 years. Thought you guys might like it. Some rare stuff I've posted and tons of rare stuff ahead.

Just did a new video yesterday on a 68 Hemi GTX Barn Find that was rescued, and a yard full of other Mopars.
