I agree, that car is worth the money if it is what the pictures show it to be.

Subject VIN 124377L146667 Looks like a great car also cool if originally sold @ Harry Mann Chevrolet! CA Black Plate included w/ sale reported as original to car # UUN-048 Vin 127377L146667 noted w/ eBay listing is wrong, correct Vin as noted above. ~ Pete |

Thought I'd best give the CA Black Plate #'s from the eBay ad a whirl in the time machine and BINGO...two old newspaper ads from Sept. '78 as below. If the 2'nd Owner purchased from Original Owner @ 32,000 in 1980, the timeline works perfectly also note 'Orig. cond & owner' in ad text. The story lines up with the ad! Great detective work there.

$4000 is a lot of coin for that car back in 1978. Most of my local friends thought I paid too much when I bought my '69 Z in 1977 for $2500.

This car's back on eBay w/ a $39,995 BIN as below link, prev' auction ended w/ no sale/high bid @ 35,100. Someone needs to buy this car...and swap those wheels! http://www.ebay.com/itm/1967-Chevrolet-C...em=282222843699 ~ Pete |
Re: Original Paint '67 RS/SS 396/325
Looks like the real deal to me. 1968's just don't bring the $$$ that 1969's do. I know, I had a numbers matching 1968 396 / 325 A/C TH400 RS / SS Convertible in Grotto Blue with Custom Parchment interior that I did a frame off on and was lucky to get $25,000.00 in 1995. Beautiful Car, but back then if it was a 1969 It would have brought $45,000.00 + Sold it to buy my first ZR-1, but that's another story.
