I dont know if this car was an original Roman Red car but you can check the rear panel behind passenger side seat. 62 corvettes had the original colors written in grease pencil in that area. Also sometimes under the color it would be written HT for hardtop if the car had the RPO 419 Auxiliary Hardtop.
