Re: Nova wasting away
I looked at the engine back in 1994. He installed a 427 short block. The orig shortblock is in his basement and all correct.

See if he'll let you jack it up and maybe put the tarp on the ground under the car too? . Hope the interest in the preservation of his car helps make it yours someday? ~ Pete

Tell him the price will include mowing down the weeds also.. That is a shame, could be a cool car. Maybe money does not motivate him, trade him a car/truck. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif [/ QUOTE ] Weeds? To the owner that's landscaping! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif Yeah, it's a shame to see a car like that sit and fall apart. But it's probably a situation where he ordered it like that and just can't part with it. Wish he would have covered it better like you said Steve. |
Re: Nova wasting away
By now that floor will be gone.

Re: Nova wasting away
That is a major concern of mine. Remarkably the outside sheetmetal looks OK. The floors, rockers and trunk are sure to be a problem.
