Based on our further and intensive inspection, and due to the extensive sheet metal repairs performed on this Yenko Camaro, our opinion is that it should be considered to have been rebodied.

The complete and original cowl section containing the original confidential VINs appears to have been welded at the factory spot weld points on the restored car. We believe the trim tag, the VIN tag, the original engine and many other Yenko/COPO components are original to this Yenko.

This stunning and significant Yenko has won numerous show awards including:

No secret if a potential auction bidder in 2019 recalls 10 year old "for sale" thread posted on Yenko.net where you noted that the car, in your opinion, was a rebody. That disclosure confirms what most know - you represented this car ethically. Unfortunately, the auction listing for this car doesn't disclose the "secret" which Doug mentioned in this thread.

Bottom line IMO - ask the experts here before spending your hard earned $$.

Looks like the Deuce did a shot. Must have been a great car. Camaros (COPO and Yenkos from this collection) all DNS. No telling where the real bidders dropped out.

Anyone know who bought the Deuce?

Nope!! I think Randy DeLisio did the resto for Don Fezell about 10'ish years ago....

The Deuce odometer has been around once...

He is now taller than his Dad and probably headed toward his Grandfathers height (6'5"). A great family and some of my favorite people on earth. I include Jakes brother, Dave, as well......Bill S
