I will add that Lloyd's fantastic pics are just the tip of the iceberg of what happens at this event. I have been privileged to work with Lloyd, while photographing some of these cars and assisting other judges as well. The judges put in LONG days with so many vehicles to inspect. For some of them, this event starts around noon on Thursday. The goal is to have the lifts in position and operating by 2 pm so the underside inspections can start. Last year, it was closer to 4-5pm, and continues, sometimes, until after 10 pm and then frantically moving cars on and off the 2 lifts for 14 to 16 hours on Friday. While the underside inspections and photos are being done on the lifts, there are a dozen more inspectors, usually in teams of 2, crawling over every inch of 5-6 more cars on the show floor. The cars can be driven on and off the lifts thru Friday. Any car that hasn't had the underside inspections done by then need to be pushed on and off during the show on Saturday, so it is a race against time to get all those done by about 10pm Friday...no joke... the cars that are on the lifts for Saturday opening might have been placed there between 10 and 12pm to stay for public viewing.
Besides the judges working long days, there is Brett and his 2 sons attempting to keep all the chaos organized, the blizzard of paperwork the judges hand them, all the sheets filed and entered into the computer correctly and finally, printing the certificates and framing them. Those guys are there for just as many hours as the judges, if not more.

Here's to the dedication of the entire team....:flag:

Mitch well stated. At the end of event we all feel relief and satisfaction. Btw if I may Mitch is our Mr everything. He can be found directing cars on and off lifts, judging, answering spectator/participant question, promoting the program and
providing handouts detailing the Vintage program! Very much appreciate your efforts and enthusiasm.

This is our 25th year.... where has all the time gone.

Look forward to seeing everyone at the Camaro Nationals July 19 & 20. Morgantown, PA

Shoutout to Mitch - a great resource and partner during VC judging, Mitch somehow manages to find a positive word no matter how long the day and always-always willing to lend a hand. Thank you Mitch!

Thanks much for the photos. Hate to sound greedy, but any undercar shots of this one?

We had 18 cars being certified last year and very difficult to get every underbody. Wedo have a 70 being Vintage Certified @ Camaro Nationals and will be sure to take some pics.

This car is one only 212 4 spd built and unlike many loaded up trans am this one is sparsely appointed. By checking the SD engine option was all you needed to become the most powerful musclecar built in 1974! Handling , looks and performance ... a combination that resonates with musclecar enthusiast today!
