What's considered "civilized"? The person who initiates attacks for no reason whatsoever or the person who stands up against those attacks? A "bully" is a person who seeks and instigates trouble with others.....not the other way around. If people don't like how I respond to their criticism, they should stay out of the conversation.

My name is Dave Walden and I am the one building this Car with Steve. He is not my "Body-man". I have worked side by side with him almost everyday in putting this car together. I can assure you that I do much more than just throw money in Steve's direction to have it built.

For the record, there has never been a story fabricated or intended to mislead anyone. After entering and winning 3 separate Mopar OE National events, I simply decided to do something different. I saw an Artist's rendering of a blue/gray 4 Door Cuda and talked with Steve about building something like it. About 3 weeks later, Steve came across an article written by Roger Johnson that told about seeing a vehicle similar to what we talked about constructing. Regardless of Roger Johnson's "story", we had already set out to build it. The "story" was just an added mystic in the overall scheme of things.

Was there ever a Concept 4 Door Barracuda sitting at Chrysler's Headquarters in 1969? I couldn't say yes or no with any definitive certainty. I do know that there were MANY Concept vehicles that were constructed and never made public or documented. I am not as arrogant as some people who base "reality" on their perception or limited knowledge about a topic. No one is forced to believe anything that they do not want to believe and no one is trying to re-write History about anything. All information has been made public and the entire build/project has been completely documented/disclosed for the entire World to see. Below is a link that has documented much of the build process.

One last point. I think that the person posting under "beavis" was also "tufcat" on other forums. He has been banned from just about every venue he has posted on, so it appears he came here to continue his obsessed tirade about this project.

Hi Chargerjoe.........uh......I mean PlymouthX. Could you explain what the purpose was for Chrysler making or why they "even considered" the Concept Car linked below? It didn't even have a Trunk HALF the size of the 1970 Barracuda. They never had any intentions of building this Car so it appears that it was just another "Concept venture" where they wasted money......right? Regarding your logic and argument against a 4 Door Barracuda Concept, why would Chrysler waste money on this Concept if they never planned on building it?

Isn't it funny how setting the record straight always seems to remove the "good" from a topic that was started to incite trouble? (lol)
