I'm looking for my 1968 r/s camaro 396 4-speed white with blue stripes with 8track on the center console. I sold my car to a gentleman that was in the military in North Carolina or Tennessee. I'm looking for this car to see if i can buy it back. This car was a gift from my mom and I had to sell it to help out my family in 1993. These all belong to a friend of mine and they are all for sale. He has somewhere around 90-100 cars scattered around Morgan county Alabama and most are for sale, though over priced, still for sale. I tell him that he has a sickness. He calls it car crazy, but I call it a sickness because he won't restore them. He <span style="text-decoration: underline">might</span> tinker with it, but usually just hauls it somewhere and leaves it sitting.

Check CNN online -- seems there is a Chevy dealership in Pierce, Nebraska (I think) that closed 17 years ago ... in the showroom was a 62 Impala with 11 miles on it. A 50s Chevy pickup with less than 2 miles and many, many more! local news video indicated there was a yard outside of town with over 400 older 50s, 60s, etc. Pretty awesome ... someones version of a 401 program.

What's with these post cars my mouth has been watering since I seen this car. I know its crazy but I would love to have this car sitting in the corner of the garage. If my wife didn't just wreck my HD pickup it probably would be.

Father and son raced it for years . Dad passed car is just sitting .Hopefully i can buy it before it is to late .
