The prototype Z has a rear spoiler too; never offered in 67. Bumper guards were an option in 67, included in the Z28 package in 68 and 69.

As for the wheels, I think the color and location of the stripe are deceiving between the two pictures. They both look like 15" wheels to me.

Notice how the mod top does not wrap around the rear window- strange

My 67 z/28 didnt have the rear bumper guards either.
