I'll buy every Z out there for the price that the Manheim Gold calculator states. Those price guides are never correct.
It states that show Hemi Cuda hardtops are only worth $150,000. Six Pack cars are close to that range when they are concourse.

People that live and die by those guides never end up with a car https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif

Seems to me they have exploded to the upside in the last few months. This one(or one similar)would have been had for mid 20's a year ago-

Nice original, but still a ten bolt auto

This car would have been 25k all day long
http://www.camaros.net/classifieds/s...=11&page=1

Doesn't mean they are getting asking price, and M40's are like red headed stepchilds..but clearly the choice cars are being scarfed up as there are sooo few intact examples.

That beautiful Citrus green 70Z that a member recentely purchased set the bar for the future of second gens IMO.. with the scarce nature of NOS parts, could someone have restored that car at that caliber and made money at that price? would not be shocked in the slightest to see say a pro restored matching/papered M22 hugger 70rsZ pulling 65-70k by this time next year.

Wow!

We scooped up two 73 Z-28's in Mississippi several months ago in anticipation of opening the resto shop here in New Orleans.

They are both NOM, the running driving car we got for 4700, and the other car, which is a RSZ, for 2500 (which is now almost running).

Hope they keep the upward trend!

Off Topic(somewhat)

Could be much sooner than that.Katrina is rapidly intensifying,if it disrupts the flow in the gulf we could see 75-80 a barrel next week.

Truly a "get well" time for the oil co's

Off Topic:

Also, with the gas tax being a high % price of a gallon, is anybody asking the politicians where all this extra tax revenue is going?
