This would not even be a topic without the impact of social media.

It is not the sale that gets people's emotions up, it is the grandstanding that does it after the sale, because in the end there will be someone (or several someones) who will likely feel that the grapes were "sour", and as soon as that conversation starts relationships fracture.

Sadly it happens over and over.

Yes it used to be considered rude to discuss what you paid for something because prior to social media in order to cross that social boundary you had to do it face to face.

The keyboard gives and takes. Often it takes - and that is sad.

Like the real stamp 814 alternator that sold on FB Marketplace last night for $200? I don't need it but sure as heck offered to buy it just to keep it on the shelf for the 'who knows maybe one day' narrative... I have a pic of the listing too which I can edit in this evening.

Dan

Right there with you. If I’d only seen it sooner.. lol

Sounds a little creepy that a user would follow another around to the point hes making wild accusations that are false. No surprise considering who it is, just a little creepy.

I think one of the facts that have been overlooked in this thread is that a rare low mile super car has been discovered and brought to the surface. Just watch the video. The car is original. Now let’s add the fact that it’s a COPO with complete owner history from day one. That isn’t something that is seen very often these days. And it deserves being talked about.
