The "soul surviver" at a Media pa car show today
 

There was a car show today at the rose tree park in Media and there was a car I used to watch in the early 70's race at Atco and Etown. Very cool.. anyone remember it??

I may be thinking of someone else but, I think Sherman Allen still races. I recall seeing a gorgeous yellow '69 Corvette with "Allen" on the sides and now this same guy races a 4th generation F'Body with a similar paint scheme. I've seen these cars race at Atco on occassion and used to love to watch that 'Vette pull the front wheels off the starting line.

Sherwood(nick) & Mike(his son) still race. they now have a yellow `69 E/stocker. too where racing a vette SS/CA.

Yeppers I was at the show. the `69 pictured, is the org. soul surivor camaro

They run the Stocker and also the SS/GTAA Firebird I think it is. Both yellow.

beautiful car. I had a car at the show but I am not a mmember of the Delco cruisers. It ws a nice day.

Good friend of mine....Have known him for years. Sold the 69 Corvette a couple of years ago. Built the Stocker Camaro in the last couple of years and has been running the Firehawk for about 6 years.
