Fox Sports Network to air MCACN Muscle Show Sunday
 

I am happy to announce the Fox Sports Network will be airing our TV show, entirely devoted to the inaugural Nickey Chicago Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals that took place November 21-22.

This show will chronicle the launch of the recent MCACN show. The first scheduled airing is Sunday, December 6 at 11:30am.

This is indeed a nationally broadcast show on the Fox Sports Network, not just local. If you know where they air "Bidding Wars", that is where you will find it.

Fox Sports Net Chicago was a regional sports network based in Chicago, Illinois. The network carried the Chicago Cubs, the Chicago White Sox, the Chicago Blackhawks, the Chicago Bulls, the Chicago Fire, the Arena Football League's Chicago Rush, local and national collegiate sports, including those from Fox Sports Detroit. The network was co-owned by Cablevision and News Corporation until 2005 when Cablevision bought 100% of the network. FSN Chicago was the production and origination point of the Chicago Sports Report, Ohio Sports Report, and Bay Area Sports Report programs (all 50% owned by Rainbow Sports/Cablevision).

The network ceased operations on June 23, 2006, and Comcast SportsNet Chicago now occupies the former FSN Chicago facility located at 350 North Orleans Street.<u> They have also acquired the rights to air the nationally-distributed FSN programs.</u> The old Chicago Sports Report set was purchased (and is now used as the main news set) by NBC affiliate WREX-TV in Rockford, Illinois. The building itself is the current home of the Chicago Sun-Times.

I hate Time Warner. Doesn't look like it's on here in NYC. MSG and FSN at some point merged and it looks like I get to watch the fantastic Knicks/Nets pre-game instead. Damn.

In the Detroit area on WOW, it is on Channel 32 and it shows up on time at 11:30am.

Ian has Comcast and it is listed at the same time in Royal Oak, MI.

I'm pumped!!!

Based on comments, it didn't sound like a 'hit'. I couldn't get it locally on DishNetwork. So what did they show for 1/2 hour if not the car show?

Interviewed maybe 3 or 4 Corvette vendors. A couple cars. I don't think there was any info on the whole show. 30 minutes of my life I will never get back...
