Bruce's Pavilions pics 3 17 2018

I headed over to Pavilions today with my friend Tim, who I used to work with at the powersports retailer here in town. He recently got his Firebird convertible shipped down from Montana. It's a neat car with custom paint. More about his car in the picture descriptions.
Lynn, Holly and I met up with Toby Shine and his wife Sylvia (thanks for saving us spots my friend!) John and Donna Ward, Sizzler Wayne, Stan Harvell, Shaun Price, Dennis Kerry and his wife, Rich and Ellen Rendino and Mike G. and Charley Lillard

My brother Gary wasn't able to make it, nor was Rick Eckenrode or John Hill or Angie as they all had other things going on today. Floyd and Jean Werlein came out for the last time before they head back home on Monday.

It was a beautiful spring day with temps in the mid 70's...and it was also Goodguys weekend here in Scottsdale.

Speaking of Goodguys, Charley's bitchin' Pontiac is nominated for Muscle Car of the year! Enjoy the pics...

In this group and on club row due to being Mopar weekend...Toby's General Lee Charger, A Phoenix with a cross ram, Wayne's Hemi Cuda (with John Ward's 1 of 17 Hemi GTX convertibles in the background, 440+6 Cuda, One of Don Petty's 300's, and a Road RunnerRoad Runner

That Grand National was a work of art. Very well done. 1200hp at the wheels. I spoke to the owner and he said it runs cool even in Az.

Dave - you do realize that is a 12 hr round trip, LV to Phx to LV! Besides, i wouldn't recommend a ride in Sean's ol' heap..............my neck is still recovering from my last ride about a decade ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. my ears are still ringing too!

Well, let's see. I get in at 11:45am on a Saturday..... Jump on SW at say, 13:00. Jump in a car and be at the pavilions by about 15:00. Ride in SOHC Sunliner at 17:30. Go out of disability with neck injury at 17:31. That sound about right??

Man....I gotta make this happen. Pavilions is every Saturday? Details.... directions from Phoenix Aerodrome.... and what's the number for 9-1-1 down there so we can call the paramedics with the neck brace? :hmmm:

Cheers
Dave

Every Saturday. It's at the loop 101 at Indian Bend Rd:

Depart E Sky Harbor Blvd
Take ramp for I-10 W
At exit 147A-B, take ramp right and follow signs for AZ-202-LOOP East

At exit 9, take ramp right and follow signs for AZ-101-LOOP North

At exit 44, take ramp right and follow signs for Indian Bend Rd
Turn left onto E Talking Stick Way
Arrive at E Talking Stick Way
If you reach E Pavilions Blvd, you've gone too far

Dave, Really??? the number for 9-1-1 ??? I would have to believe you already have a head/neck injury !!!!

Giving you a ride in the Starliner won't improve your condition, ask your doctor what is right for you.

Sam...the ringing in your ears is a medical condition and possibly related to cold weather as for your neck I thought you Navy guys are tough :hmmm:....Mikey liked his ride!!!
