Mischievous Burnouts

Since we all love watching Charley fry his Polyglas’ and Wide Ovals.
I thought a burnout thread would be hilarious.:3gears:
So post up some burnouts that make our significant other’s shake their head in disbelief of how juvenile us car nuts can be.

I’ll start. Here’s me actin the fool.

Oh man...good thing that cell phone was held tight on that last one! If that would have fell under the tire it would probably be in low Earth orbit right now!:eek2:

----Daves Camaro runs every bit as good as it sounds. If prompted he may give us some ETs that it has turned. Stout is the word that comes to mind......Bill S

These are "sanctioned" mischieviousness -

First one is the obligatory burnout shot from when they do a magazine shoot (Robert McGaffin photo);

Second one is from Indy, trying to break in some new drag radials.

Here’s the aftermath:

These stripes are from driving the car about 3 mph over to the next location. They were sticky, too.

He photoshopped them out from behind the tires before publishing this photo (note that you can still see them in front of the tires):

Here is one filmed of me with my wife's 1 year old car at a car show in CT. Note the year 2001. No good cell phone cameras at that time. Yes it was a closed street!

A little fun on a desert back road....

x33rs 07-31-2020 11:32 AM

Shucks I do burnouts all the time, I just rarely go through the trouble to video any of it. 99% of the time it's just spontaneous fun. My kind of thread. I better get busy.

Here's a short one

And one at the end on a test session in a different Formula.
