I just finished making fifteen pounds of pasta sauce!
Enjoy your New Years Eve friends! Cheers! Anthony & family. |
That sauce looks delicious. My sister is having dinner and I ended up with a cold and staying home

Thanks Bill. Feel better!

I missed posting last year, so I thought I'd resurrect this thread for this year.

My gourmet cook wife whipped up some châteaubriand for the two of us. Lobster macaroni and cheese and twice baked potato’s rounded everything off. I should weigh 300 pounds with the way she cooks.

My new ritual has been to hit the best local prime rib and French onion soup restaurant in San Diego by 6pm, and get home to avoid the idiots on the roads.

I cut up some gouda cheese, dropped the chunks on some thick round tortilla chips, sprinkled with garlic salt and black pepper and nuked it for 40 seconds. Feel like Larry the Cable Guy. |
