Nice hair.
‘65 Coupe with looks like goldline tires. Also older El Camino next to it. Next, ‘67 427 that may have the beautiful bolt on wheels. Anybody know of this California plate car? |

The 1958 Delray interests me as as much or more than the plastic cars, but beggars can't be choosers.

That’s what I thought also on the ‘67, but not so sure. Looks like just the natural stainless portion with the black paint above on that rocker trim. Don’t see the pipe. You would know better than me. Chris |

Crazy enough, here’s a 1969 LA Newspaper Ad w/ the ‘67 for sale @ Del Amo Dodge - WPY152 Plate. 4-Spd. car w/ A/C so possibly an L71 but more likely an L36 without Tri-Pwr. mentioned in ad.:hmmm: :beers: ~ Pete . |
Pete, very cool that you found a 1969 ad for the exact car with that black plate on it. It would be a 390 or 400 horse car as AC was only available on those two engines. My guess is it was not a 400 or they would brag about the tri-power.
|
How about the ad for the 427 tri-power with Powerglide ???

Nothing special happening here, just dumb luck but success often by searching the least words possible. My mistake above, I meant possibly an L68 as the L71 wasn’t available w/ AC, was it? As to the ‘67 427 Tri-Pwr. w/ Powerglide, wasn’t this L68 specific for ‘67 only?:hmmm: :beers: ~ Pete . |
