Re: 69 427 Tri-Power Camaro
HOW CAN YOU TELL ''FAKES'' FROM THE REAL ONES. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...s/confused.gif IS THERE A BOOK THAT TELL'S WHAT IS RIGHT , THINGS TO LOOK https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...emlins/eek.gif FOR ON THESE CARS...KASEY

Re: 69 427 Tri-Power Camaro
This has been discussed at legnth here before...
here is a picture of one set of my original Motion rocker covers... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...valvecover.jpg These have the shorter of the two emblems used... That Camaro while maybe fake, sure looks like a pretty ride! |
Re: 69 427 Tri-Power Camaro
THERE IS A REAL DIFFERENCE IN THE ''REAL'' SET, AND THE FAKE, WHEN YOU SEE https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...emlins/eek.gif THEM BESIDE EACH OTHER, THANKS https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ns/worship.gif ALOT FOR SHARING, KASEY . https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif

Re: 69 427 Tri-Power Camaro
I agree with Ed, the valve covers are not the real things for sure. Seeing them on this car, makes me remember that Joel would always pull the tri power set ups off and go to a 3 barrell carb set up. So seeing this with a vette tri-power setup, makes me feel it is not a true Motion Camaro.

https://www.yenko.net/attachments/189...28Small%29.JPG [/ QUOTE ] Neat looking anyway! Needs wheelwell trim and pinstripes to go with its driprail chrome. Raise that SS grille emblem up to the next row of grating. Add the black rear panel. Lose the spoiler. Nice color. I'll bet it'd be a blast with that stout Rat and those skinny redlines. |
