Fred has done two for me in the last 16 months. His work is great.

He just did mine last winter. No issues. FYI on lead times - he waits until he has a certain amount to go to the plater then does them in batches, so depending on where you fall in line when you get it to him it might take several months. I think we've determined here that Fred is the only one that can do the crimped/rolled seams?

The two Fred did for me were on Survivor cars. If you mark the exterior of the box as Survivor, he knows it only needs a mechanical rebuild and the turn time is quicker.

Looks like only one recomendation. Thank you for the contact info and the tip on specifying as a survivor

Check with Fred by email for his list of instructions, payment in the form of a check goes with your pump.

Be patient with Fred. He's a little behind at the moment. Family is always first....Joe

I had Fred rebuild an original 69 z28 fuel pump for me last summer.
I was very happy with the result. My pump has pitting but Not much I could do about that. My pump arrived at Fred’s on June 10 and I got it back on Feb 3. I was told all this upfront so the wait was expected. I am so glad I did it. Here are some pics |

Fred did the 727 pump for my COPO. Took about 3 months as earlier poster mentioned he does plating in batches. Great outcome, it's on the car and working great!
