I am in the beginning stages of restoration on my 1969 COPO Camaro. I am in need of the following items with a Date code correct for my 03E date code. Any help would be appreciated locating the following parts:
1. Carburetor 2. Air Cleaner 3. Water Pump 4. Fan Blade & Clutch 5. Radiator Shroud 6. Distributor 7. Driver & Passenger Exhaust Manifolds 8. Upper & Lower Pulley's 9. Hurst Shifter & Big Block Bracket 10. Starter 11. 837 Alternator 12. Dip Stick & Sleeve in goes into |
Is it a cowl induction air cleaner?

Have all the above

you'd save a bundle if you replaced the word "COPO" with "L78"! Just sayin'! ;>))

Yeah, I will second that!!!!! ;)

What is the assembly date on your MN engine if you still retain it? You are looking for dated parts, so you need to provide for what time frame. 03E is build date of car, not engine.

Carb, dist, manifolds etc added after assembly , so possible to have dates after engine pad stamping ,but before 03E. Ill bet it would cost more for a shop to install the 3138 shifter at 100 an hour than the cost of the shifter itself ,so other than the 837 and fan clutch, the parts arent relatively that expensive.

If you can’t get all from Chuck or need other dates
I have a number of pieces in your date range |
