This is very cool - following.

I love the garages within the garage. Great idea.

We got the floor trusses in place. Closest area is a studio area. In middle you can see gap where stairs will come up. Past that is all second floor storage. Truss engineer built them to hold 100 psf instead of std 30 so they are pretty solid.
