Trying to find 69Z 124379N621880

Assisting car friend acquaintance (Dan) to find the 69 Z/28 with vin 124379N621880. It was sold several times during 2017 so this Z/28 with aforementioned vin exists. Looking for any help in finding and contacting the current owner due to Dan having the original block which he recently added to the CRG orphan list. The block is factory stamped with partial vin “19N621880” and DZ engine assembled March 19, 1969.
This Z/28 is Burnished Brown, White vinyl roof and stripes with white vinyl interior and was advertised with a recent restoration when it was sold at an auction last year.
Believe last known sales was at St Louis Car Museum And Sales, lot # RST-714704. Thanks in advance for any possible assistance. The only goal here is to earnestly try to get the engine back with the Z/28 it was born with.

Good luck with the search Chick. I didn't think I would like it with the white hat, but I love it. I am of course partial to Burnished Brown!

I agree Buddy as I like it and would like to see it in person. Here is a picture of the partial vin stamping on the block. Hopefully someone will know the car.

I think that car was for sale somewhere in the mid-west at a collector car dealer. Pretty sure I saw it in Hemings earlier this year.

So...........in other words when a car is advertised as "numbers matching engine" it just means that the numbers on that engine match the car, not to be confused with it not being the original factory installed born with engine, because that matching number engine is no longer with the matching number car...gogglesI completely understand now......I think

It was sold at Mecum Harrisburg last year, then one month later at another auction. Goggle the vin and it all comes up. As one can see the current engine is not the born with engine.
