If anyone is interested SMS has REAL WOVEN COMFORTWEAVE in Black... it is about $600 for the material then you need to have the covers sewn, however it is the ONLY way to get the correct material.

SMS hooked me up on nOS Lombardy in Camel, great company to deal with.

No, real comfortweave is a true breathable weave. The aftermarket is a vinyl print.

It sure looks like my original is just a press print not really a weave

That's a weave, the print is not that convincing. You can actually see through real comfortweave when you hold it up to a light source and you cannot see through the simulated
