70 Chevelle SS396 on BaT
Any thoughts on the build sheet shown in this listing? If nothing else, why would someone stamp "CASH" in big block letters, in two places, on a build sheet? Appears that the white vinyl roof has been added at some point post-build.

Maybe Hullett Chevrolet was in a bit of a financial situation so was on a cash only basis?

I would expect that to maybe show up on some documentation further down the line, but on the build sheet? |
OK, since nobody else appears to notice anything unusual, how about the section near the lower left corner where it shows the dealership to whom the car was delivered? Font looks suspect to me, along with a few other things on the last line in that box. Compare that to some known originals from the KC plant and you'll see what I mean.

While researching Hullett Chevrolet(since it's not far from me), this came up. A supposed LS6 M22 convertible that was also ordered at Hullett. Also Fathom Blue. Waskom is a tiny, tiny town. Population was less than 1500 in 1970.
