Ha, I considered that but have a somewhat unique setup in the front of the car that tells a bit of the car’s story. This is the OO’s county i.d. plate from 1969 that he held on to for all of those years.

Agreed Pete- so much going on in that photo. Wayne's Dad took the photo, notice his bank book in his shirt pocket, the smile is priceless, and Wayne was pretty level headed - I don't know if the shoulder belt was his idea or his way of soothing his Dad's concerns. Not many folks wore shoulder belts back then (let alone lap belts) - remember, they "wrinkle my clothes" (old TV ads advocating for the use of seat belts).
