1969 Camaro L89 white embossed oil filter with black ac delco logo
1 Attachment(s)
Good morning guys. I am restoring a 1969 Camaro L89 SS. I am currently looking for a white ac delco embossed oil filter with a black silk screen ac delco logo. Heard someone on this site is reproducing them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mike Mulvey.

I'm not in the business of producing stencils however I commissioned art work and set up for a very small batch of stencils some time ago so I could re-create the assembly line correct black script & AC logo on off-white background PF-25 oil filter for my 1969 Camaro RS/Z28 project. The print shop who did the work for me went out of business during the pandemic however since Mike's (3111969L89s) post I've received a few other requests for the stencil so I located a shop who is willing to produce a new batch for me. The stencil will work on a period correct embossed PF-25 oil filter or most any spin-on style filter. The stencils should be available soon so if you need one please PM me.

Here's a real (non-prototype) filter that I just completed...using my last stencil, converting an NOS AC Delco PF-25 to assembly line style. Still waiting on my printer to produce more stencils!
NOS PF-25 Paint Removal (aircraft paint stripper) https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...88aec9bf_z.jpg Ready for base coat and stenciling. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...ab49d2b9_z.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...c4bcb9be_z.jpg Base coat - first of 3 coats applied.
