About as good as it gets for '61...unfortunately, its original short block is long gone. Awesome car nonetheless.

Didn’t 61 vettes have the cove painted a different color or was this car built with painted cove delete?

Painted coves was a option.

Till what year did they have painted coves as an option?

Excuse my dummy but what section of an automobile is referred to as a cove?

I believe 61 was the last year of painted coves. I’ve never seen a 62 with factory painted coves

The insert in the doors to the front fenders.
