Yes, he is conducting business. I had my Holley 4053 redone about two months ago, quick turn around.

Very busy, though he does not do Corvette carbs anymore. He does all of our carbs and have been very happy with his work over 15 years.

He will do Corvette carbs for an existing customer as long as he's had good experience with that customer. At least that's what he's posted on FB, best to call and speak with him.

A quick fly-by to clear things up a little;

As of February `22, I stopped taking in new Corvette clients. I am still servicing Corvette carbs, but only for previously established clients in good standing. I have made a small handfull of exceptions to help out a couple of clients and outside resources whom I didn't want to leave hanging.

To answer the obvious question "why?"--simply put, over the 2+ decades I've been doing carb work professionally, by far the biggest problem demographic I've had to deal with was from the Corvette community. Yes, some of my best clients have been Corvette clients, but the ~5% of the "bad" Corvette clients are hands-down in a league of their own.

I have made several lengthy posts addressing this on my Facebook page, but to summarize, things came to a head earlier this year with someone who--shall we say--has far more pressing issues to deal with than their Corvette. That situation was literally one wrong move from going completely sideways, and the result would've altered the course of people's lives.

I'm not going to deal with that kind of stupidity any longer. I wish I could say that problems of that magnitude were isolated incidents, but "drama" (I'm being polite here) on that level is easily 20-1 from the Corvette community over all other demographics combined. It's truly sad to say that the 5% have managed to screw things up for the other 95%, but it is what it is.

There's much more to read over on my Facebook page should anyone care to do so, I'm not going to clutter up this board with this crap, I already wore out my welcome here a while back and don't want to stir up any hornets nests. Just go to my page and search "Corvette" for the rest of the details.

That aside, yes, I am still doing business as normal. I also have a bunch of new projects in the works, details on those can also be found on my Facebook page.

Eric,

What name is your facebook page listed under? I tried searching for vintage musclecar parts and it just sends me to the generic marketplace instead.
