'70 Corvette LT-1 Convertible

NOM, but very nice. Delivered new to Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix.

In my opinion, the bright blue interior is one of the nicest interior colors offered in this era....

Agree, Tony, beautiful car.

All it needs is a white top...
Or custom Blue top...:dunno:

----This is a good looking 70 LT1, and I like it. I do have a question as I know that blue leather deluxe interior was not available in 1970. Look it up in your Corvette black book. Only black and saddle deluxe leather interiors could be ordered. With that said, the interior appears very correct, with the leather, deluxe cut pile carpet, and door panels, along with the wood trim. I'm stumped on this one!

----All the different stuff is available from Al Knoch and ACC, but whoever made the upgrade would have had to find a nice set of black or saddle deluxe doorpanels to rob the trim off of. Guess it's not impossible, and it does look good. Wish there was a shot of the trim tag!.....Bill S

A pic of the trim tag might help..
I didn't see that on their webpage either... hmmm
Would '69 or '71 have the blue leather as an option as an owner installed upgrade ?

----Mitch,,,69 seats are out as they are completely different. 71 didn't have a bright blue option. and 72 didn't have blue leather. Even 73 only has a dark blue trim available....Bill S

Must be custom made. Either way, they look really good in there.

Black Steering column and missing the wood grain trim on the console. No paperwork and replaced motor would hurt the value as there's no absolute proof it was an LT1. Evidence of K66 would help.

----Tim,,,It was pointed out to me yesterday that there is a return fuel line next to the main line in one pic. Not sure what to think, but the car appears to have a huge amount of flaws. I also noticed the black column, but since my 70 LT1 had a black deluxe interior I just wasn't sure if the color was right.....BillS
