Congrats! Look nice. Nothing finer than a 69-r

Thanks This is a big find for my build. |
I recently got a similar pair from the early 70s. They're being restored by Artistic Silver Plating in Signal Hill, California. Very pricey to restore these wheels!

Thanks for the reply. Congrats on the find Are you having them done together or separated? How much are they asking to do the pair? |
They told me they MUST be separated in order for proper adhesion. It's around $1,500 American! Ouch tough pill to swallow

Thanks for the reply.
Are they in the shop already? If not their are a few other shops that also do this type of work at a reduced price. $1500 US Ouch |
No problem. Yea I gave them the wheels. The wheels were pretty rough and they ensured me they'd look better than new. I know the centers will be shinier than new since they will polish them by hand. I know the originals were just sort of flashed near the hub.
Which other shop do you have experience with? |
