I always look forward to driving them. These cars were built to be in motion and the best part is thrashing on them. |
Wow! Very nice Steve congrats!

Thanks Mike, looks like I have it all dialed in and it runs fantastic. Took it to a local cruise last night and thrashed on it a bit and had a big smile. This no touring car and with 456's it built for one purpose. Presently I have rally wheels with redline bias ply D 70-14, but will be installing TTO with 225 70-15. |
What bs on the front wheels?
215 65 15 on a 15x8.5" with 3.75" bs rub on the front. Same tire on a 6" wide same bs; it clears. |

I need to check but I had no issue with these on my 69 Z, so I should be ok. I will check the back spacing.... Oh, I stand corrected the fronts they are 215 65 15 and backs are 225 70 15. |

69 can take a tall/wider tire than 7 & 8. Depending on the wheel bs I would go max 7" with 3.75" bs wheel. Here is TT D's 15x6" 3.75" bs with 215 65 15

I've been collecting and installing original parts that were pirated off the car when I sold it 2003. Someome recored the radiator incorrectly ( put a 4 core) and took the UN tag off and kept it. The radiator and tag has been corrected. Changed the oil waxed the car and took it out for a thrashing and tucked it in for the winter. I have a few Items to replace. This car just puts a smile on my face as I run through the gears. Over the winter I will be installing TTO' s and some vintage radials.
Here's a video from this morning. https://youtu.be/9zNDPBn7Plk |
