Lakewood Scattershield NOS Hardware - Wanted
 

Searching for NOS Lakewood Scattershield hardware. What is unique to the Lakewood product line is that the bolts that hold the bottom inspection cover have "LE" markings on the heads. Although the package indicates "Chevrolet" all the bolts are the same for Ford etc. The only real difference is the quantity.

Looking for original hardware for period correctness.

Searching for grade 8 bolts zinc plated with or without the yellow dichromate finish that have the Lake Erie &quot;LE&quot; manufacturer's identification on the head of the bolts that were used on vintage Lakewood scattershields. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/biggthumpup.gif[/img]

Sizes needed are 3/8&quot; - 16 X 1/2&quot; in length (quantity 12) and 1/4&quot; - 20 x 1/2&quot; in length (quantity 6).

The Lake Erie &quot;LE&quot; hardware that is currently available is slightly different than the hardware prior to 2008. Current hardware has &quot;USA&quot; embossed along with the Manufacturer's &quot;LE&quot; insignia.
