69 nova radiator
looking for the best "bolt in" replacement radiator for my 69 SS nova L48, 4 speed. Who carry's them?
Thanks! |
Sam,
If it's the original radiator, get it recored. I'm sure you have a radiator shop near you that can do it. Had it done to my L34 four yrs. ago and cost $550.00. Wasn't cheap, but still has the original tanks. |
Yes, have a shop not far from me. I was going to get that done and put it on the shelf but will just reinstall instead. Apparently no OEM type radiators available it looks like. Have a nice Thanksgiving.

69 Nova radiator...
Sammy...
Having your factory unit re-cored is a good idea...make sure they retain the original tanks and all other oem components... If you are looking for a quality replacement, these folks have good products...they look original and work well. http://www.usradiator.com/ http://www.usradiator.com/chevrolet-...-radiator.html have a nice turkey... -wilma |
Thanks Tom. that was a big help. Going to get it re-cored but also interested in the link you sent me. Good to know and have a great day.

Sam,
Take the time to "stamp" an identifier on it if it has an original tag. Take a photo of it and the rad. Just my .02 cents. You never know...... JJ |
